Emotional Balance
Good morning listeners and welcome to Stress Free living. My name is Dinky Featherstone and I encourage people to be stress free. I do this by teaching how we can work with our energy system.
How do you know that you are suffering from stress? Well you feel it. You may fee a bit panicky or overwhelmed. Perhaps you can’t focus or concentrate. These things can be felt and you feel it in your energy system.
If you ignore these feelings sooner to later something else will be affected. Perhaps you will notice you get more colds and flus, or that you don’t recover as quickly as you used to. This means that your immune system is being affected by your stress. Or perhaps your sleeping as well as you could. These are all signs.
