An Introduction
My name is Dinky Featherstone and I show people how they can be successful and live stress free. During these programmes I will be sharing stress releasing techniques called emotional freedom techniques or EFT. Sometimes referred to as tapping as fingers are used to tap on certain acupressure points of the body to release stressful feelings and emotions.
EFT is a self help technique that is being used by 1,000’s of people all over the world to reduce the harmful effects of everyday stress.
